Shipping

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the USA and the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our shipping department for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Every effort is made to process and ship your orders as fast as possible.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by First Class or Priority Mail, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 6 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on your location. The shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders are shipped and delivered faster.

Returns

We are proud to give a 30 days money back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If returning a Fire TV Stick, you must include ALL of the following components that came with it:
- (1) Fire TV Stick
- (1) Alexa Voice Remote
- (1) USB Connector
- (1) Power Adapter
- (1) HDMI Extender
- (2) AAA Batteries (If applicable)
- Both Instruction Booklets (If applicable)

If returning a Fire 7 Tablet, you must include ALL of the following components that came with it:
- (1) Fire 7 Tablet with Alexa
- (1) USB Charger
- (1) Power Adapter
- Both Instruction Booklets (if applicable)

Individual components are not eligible for a return. We are not responsible for the loss of any component for reasons not due to our error.

If your product has been exposed to battery leakage or any other hazardous material, it cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return is not received in the same brand new condition it was sent to you a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company (if applicable), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Standard Return Policy
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery (see Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions). We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise.
If you initiate a return after 30 days, we may issue a partial refund* depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted for each item returned."

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through our contact page.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
